Women from all walks of life gathered together in unity, laughter, healing, and purpose as we embraced the theme: “S.EC.R.E.T.S.”

2024 Conference Host and Keynote Speaker

Evg. Alisha Fuller LPC, NCC

Licensed Professional Counselor and Founder of Fullenterprise ™, LLC

S.E.C.R.E.T.S. TO WELLNESS

Evg. Alisha is a licensed professional mental health counselor in Ohio and Illinois. She’s the A.L.L. of Woman ™ Program creator, life advocate, consultant, coach, author, poetess, and founder of Fullenterprise ™, LLC and Lines of Creations ™, LLC. Evg. Alisha is the Executive Director of Nia’s House and is passionate about helping others.

Evg. Alisha’s mission revolves around guiding individuals from feeling stuck to achieving a sense of freedom led of Jesus Christ. She emphasizes the importance of holistic care, addressing the mind, body, spirit, interpersonal relationships, and financial disparity through various services and initiatives. Her approach fosters personal growth and empowerment, ensuring her clients and community members feel supported and motivated to reach their full potential.

Minister Rose Ballard

S.E.C.R.E.T.S. of Prayer

Minister Rose Ballard is a passionate and dedicated servant of God, with over 20 years of prayer ministry experience. Minister Ballard has actively participated in community outreach programs, including E.L.I.T.E. INC, A.L.L. of Woman™ Program, and various prayer initiatives. Her unwavering faith and deep love for the Lord continue to guide her mission to bring healing and transformation through prayer and the Word of God. Minister Ballard is honored to participate in this conference, where she looks forward to sharing her insights and uplifting others in their spiritual journeys.

Dr. Marlena Clark, PhD, LCPC, LPCC

S.E.C.R.E.T.S. of Womb trauma

Dr. Marlena Clark, PhD, LCPC, LPCC, is a licensed Kingdom Counselor, Womb Healer, and the CEO of Above Productions, LLC, a production and training institute for Christian living. She is dedicated to serving God’s Daughters who seek to overcome trauma caused by womb wounds and live well with Jesus! With 14 years of experience in holistic healing, Dr. Clark specializes in facilitating recovery using biblically based creative methods. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hampton University, an M.A. in Clinical Counseling, and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. A devoted Christian, loving wife, and mother, Dr. Clark finds joy in helping others live in the freedom of Christ and singing the gospel.

Dr. Sha-Lai Williams

S.E.C.R.E.T.S. OF FATHERLESSNESS

Dr. Sha-Lai Williams is a life strategist, transformational speaker, published author, entrepreneur, and licensed therapist (LCSW) with nearly 30 years of combined clinical experience, associate professor, and a passionate and enthusiastic teacher of God’s Word. Motivated by Ephesians 4:12, Dr. Sha-Lai (or Dr. S as she’s affectionately called) desires to equip others with excitement and hunger to feast upon the Lord’s Word in enlightening and practical ways. She is “dropping nuggets you didn’t know you needed” and always looking for new opportunities to inspire growth and welcome challenges.

Dr. Shola Ezeokoli is an accomplished physician, author, and dynamic speaker renowned for her holistic approach to women’s wellness and spiritual empowerment. With a profound understanding of the challenges faced by modern women, Dr. Shola founded Empowered Womanhood, a transformative platform dedicated to helping ambitious women break free from societal expectations and create balanced, fulfilling lives. Her work focuses on empowering women to achieve personal and professional success through strategic coaching, mentorship, and practical tools for work-life harmony. At the A.L.L. of Woman™ Conference, Dr. Shola will share her insights on creating a life of wellness in relationships and spiritual fulfillment, helping women to become the best versions of themselves.”

S.E.C.R.E.T.S. TO CREATIVE FINANCIAL RESOURCES

Dr. Diandra Renée, PhD, Esq., is a global force of intelligence, business, scholarship, and class. Dr. Diandra Renée is a proud HBCU grad with an earned PhD in Human Development and Family Science, a law degree, and a DEI in HR Certificate from Cornell University. She is known for her advocacy for racial equity for Black people, youth, and families, transforming the H.E.A.R.T. of education, encouraging others to pursue excellence, and creatively elevating stories that transform lives through her nonprofit and podcast work. Dr. Diandra Renée has proven success across seas and disciplines— transforming the industries of business, education, law, and entertainment. Dr. Diandra Renée is a dynamic speaker, requested around the world, but most cherish her titles of woman, daughter, sister, and friend.
