Alisha is the Executive Director of Nia’s House and is passionate about helping others.

As the founder of Millionaire Faith and Vision Focused Brands, she equips Christian women entrepreneurs and professionals with the tools to build businesses, create wealth, and walk boldly in God’s vision for their lives.
Drawing inspiration from Proverbs 31, Dr. Jones teaches that financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and wealth creation are not only practical skills but also spiritual mandates for leaving a legacy and funding Kingdom impact. With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in both healthcare and business coaching, she has guided countless women toward financial independence, balance, and confidence in their calling.
Through her mentorship programs, speaking, and media platforms—including The Millionaire Faith Show—Dr. Jones empowers women to embrace sisterhood as a lifeline, turning collective wisdom and collaboration into economic strength. Karla M. Scipio, RN, MPH is a nurse consultant, certified Christian Life Coach, women’s health advocate, and the founder of HerWellnessNook. With over 30 years of experience in women’s health, Karla is passionate about empowering Black women through holistic wellness education, trauma-informed care, and self-discovery. As a certified menopause and women’s health coach, she provides guidance on navigating life’s transitions with a focus on mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Karla is also the founder of The Born Educator Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting global literacy and empowering women and girls. Through her social ministry, The Women in My Garden, Karla creates safe spaces for women to heal and grow through faith, sisterhood, and storytelling. Her YouTube channel, Conversations in My Garden, offers a platform for women to share their personal stories of resilience, faith, and hope, inspiring others to seek God in their journeys. Through her work, Karla encourages women to live fully, embrace their purpose, and find strength in community.
Minister Anita Hayes
Topic: Nurturing and Strengthening Sisterhood

Minister Anita Hayes is the founder of The Gathering of the Women Ministries, founded in 2018. The mission is to empower women from diverse backgrounds, demonstrate God’s love, and remind them of their divine purpose. God has entrusted Minister Anita with the gift of intercessory prayer. As Luke 18:1 reminds us, ‘Men ought always to pray and not faint!’ Minister Anita is passionate about prayer, recognizing it as a powerful tool God has given us to defeat the enemy.
Minister Anita is the writer and director of the play, “The Heart,” which had over 200 attendees. She’s an entrepreneur who founded Imagine Me Inspirational T-shirts and co-founded Imagine Us, LLC, with her husband.
Minister Anita is one of eight siblings, and at the age of 19, she was called by God to serve. Since then, she’s walked in humble service as a devoted wife of 24 years, mother of two, and stepparent in a beautifully blended family. For over two decades, she has worshipped at Lively Stone Church and now serves under Prophet Marcus and Lady Madelyn Mickles at Blow Your Trumpet Ministry.
rhyanne mcdade, phd, ches
Assistant Professor of Practice
Topic: Building Sisterhood in Communities
Dr. Rhyanne McDade, PhD, CHES was born and raised in Lincoln Heights, Ohio—the first African American self-governing community north of the Mason-Dixon Line. She earned her Doctorate in Public Health Education from the University of Cincinnati in 2016.
Dr. McDade’s research interests center on minority health disparities, with a particular focus on psychosocial factors influencing risky behaviors among youth and young adults. Her work explores issues such as teen pregnancy, bullying, substance use, and mental health.
She currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice in the School of Kinesiology, Counseling, and Rehabilitative Sciences at Northern Kentucky University. In addition to her faculty role, Dr. McDade is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Kentucky University.
Dr. McDade is also the President and Co-Founder of Apple of His Eye Inc., a Cincinnati-based, faith-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by serious and persistent mental health conditions.
